Responsibilities
- Perform routine repair and maintenance at the Corporation's managed residential property including monitoring contractors'/workers' performance for central air-conditioning systems, automatic control systems, water supply and drainage systems, fire protection systems, electrical and mechanical equipment and general control circuits
- Coordinate with respective units on work schedules and commissioning to ensure compliance with the corporate safety requirements
- Handle related documentations and attend emergency repair as required
Requirements
- Craft Certificate or relevant certificates in a related engineering discipline
- Possession of Grade B Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker
- A minimum of 6 years' relevant work experience
- Candidates with lower qualification or less experience will be considered for the Assistant Foreman position
Remarks
- The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme

We are now looking for a talented Senior Residential Property Officer to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Residential Property Manager, the incumbent will be the deputy in-charge of the overall day-to-day estate operation and management of our luxury residential property
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day property management operations, including coordinating with service contractors and inspecting common areas
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, such as BMO, DMC, and house rules
- Manage and supervise the team's performance to maintain high-quality service delivery
- Provide excellent customer service by handling resident/occupant complaints and inquiries, as well as coordinating matters between owners and external parties
- Assist with administrative and documentary work for the Management office, including overseeing workflow
- Serve as the key point of contact, communicating regularly with the Owners' Committee
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder of Housing Management/ Property Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years' experience in property management industry
- Member/ Student member of Hong Kong Institute of Housing or related institution is preferable - PMSA Tier 2 or above
- Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions
- Develops and delivers communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audience
- Actively learning through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learning opportunities
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Good PC skills on MS Office and communication applications
