We are currently seeking a Regional (TASK) Sales Operations Manager who will be responsible in managing the regional teams' sales analysis, forecast and operations data. Working directly with sales leaders and sales operations colleagues, you will develop and manage projects, monitor sales trends, analyze sales data, problem solve and suggest improvements on system efficiencies within the Sales Operations team.
This position reports to the Regional General Manager and this position is part of the Commercial team based in either Singapore, Korea or Hong Kong working on-site.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
+ Work closely with stakeholders to turn business problems into analytical projects--perform analytical deep-dives to identify problems, opportunities and actions required thru data mining and visualization.To leverage on existing dashboard
+ Identify opportunities to develop forecasts, predictive and statistical models, segmentation schemes, and data-driven analyses to enhance productivity
+ Actively involved in forecasting revenue from backlog & expected order, review pipeline management thru ads data. Report to management the weekly, monthly, and quarterly estimation PO Booking and Revenue Booking vs the forecast, stock allocation, Estimated Shipping Dates etc
+ Maintain KPI Bowlers, CRM system for data integrity, Pricebook & CPQ quotation system at SFDC
+ Work closely with cross-functions teams to ensure accurate data is available
The essential requirements for the job include:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience
+ At least 1 year of regional experience
+ Strong MS Excel skills
+ Knowledge in Power BI or similar data visualization tool
+ Good command in written and spoken English
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Experience in a commercial team within the science field
+ An MNC work environment

The Field Service Engineer, JAPAC is responsible for delivering the introduction of highly complex new equipment and its troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, repair services and etc. This position is also required the capability to standardize that experience broadly across the organization, ultimately serving as a team leader.
This position reports to JAPAC Service Manager and is part of the JAPAC Service Team located in Hong Kong and will be a remote role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of Molecular Devices instruments and automation systems, while continuously developing technical expertise, including support for CellXpress.AI as a key strategic platform.
+ Deliver high-quality, customer-focused service by following standard processes and service planning tools to minimize response time and equipment downtime.
+ Ensure compliance with standard service procedures by accurately managing and submitting service reports, expense reports, and spare parts records.
+ Collaborate with Technical Support, Product Support, Sales, Application Scientists, and channel partners to drive product improvement, successful demonstrations, and service revenue growth.
+ Build strong relationships with customers and partners in Hong Kong and Macau, promote service offerings (Service Plans, Compliance, and Time-and-Materials), and support business expansion through frequent travel (approximately 25-50%).
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ A minimum of five years of experience as a Field Service Engineer supporting high-end, complex instruments.
+ Strong understanding of service operations, including service processes, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
+ Proven experience working with or managing channel partners, distributors, or third-party service providers to support service delivery and drive business growth.
+ Knowledge of life science applications, including experience with biological samples, assays, and instrument maintenance.
+ Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), along with strong communication skills in English and Chinese; experience with Windows SQL and automation or imaging systems is a plus.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements :
+ Ability to travel across Macau, Taiwan and JAPAC region
+ Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 20 kg.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Servicing or supporting laboratory instruments used with biological samples, cell‑based assays, or analytical workflows in research or pharmaceutical environments.
+ Master's degree or above in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, life sciences, automation, or a related discipline is preferred.
+ Experience working in a multinational company is preferred.

The Service Engineer is responsible for delivering high-quality service support to Leica's customers across Hong Kong and Macau. This includes performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, installation and qualification of a broad range of Leica Microsystems products. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction and equipment uptime.
This position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor and is part of the Customer Service Department located in China and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Provides technical support on-site via installation, diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer hardware, and/or computer software
+ Be part of an open and winning team culture, working closely with teammates and technical experts to continuously grow your technical skillset and sharing your experience/knowledge, while also collaborating with the broader team (incl. sales, product, and customer service) to deliver exceptional service to customers.
+ Participate in revenue-generating activities such as contract renewals, parts order and sales lead generation to achieve target
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ At least 3 years working experience of relevant instruments maintenance and troubleshooting
+ Bachelor or college degree in Biomedical, Optics, Electronics, or Engineering relevant major.
+ Good at both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferable
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
+ Ability to travel - an average of 10% of time travel across Macau. Travel to China for technical training and meeting, if necessary, with occasional international travel.
+ Ability to lift, move, or carry tools, tool cases, and equipment up to 20kg in weight unassisted, and to perform service tasks on both benchtop instruments and large-scale systems (e.g., 2000-litre bioreactors), including tasks that may require bending, kneeling, or working in physically demanding positions (in accordance with EHS guidelines).
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Basic knowledge of microscopy instruments or Laboratory instrument experience are preferred.
+ Technical knowledge of repairing electronics or mechanical devices
