With offices in Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Sydney and Singapore, Tradeweb has been established in Asia since 2004 and we are committed to achieving further growth in the region.
**Job Responsibilities**
We are currently seeking applicants for a junior to mid-level generalist sales position within our Hong Kong office. This person will work closely with the current Sales coverage for Hedge Funds and other leveraged accounts in Hong Kong and North Asia to grow existing customer relationships and acquire new relationships.
The right individual will have some prior experience in covering the abovementioned client base and a working knowledge or strong interest to a range of financial products in the Fixed Income space, such as cash and derivative rates and credit, as well as to equities products, such as ETF's.
Having a knowledge of electronic trading platform workflows and sales processes will be a strong advantage.
They will have excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible working style suited to building relationships with a range of clients.
To be successful, you will also need to demonstrate an ability to work closely with various internal teams both locally/regionally, but also in the London and the US offices. Importantly, you should be an effective communicator, able to leverage and share information to maximize growth and opportunity within the Asia region.
This is a great opportunity for someone embarking on their career in Sales as well as a more traditional junior to mid-level Macro Sales looking for a career switch into FinTech.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Marketing/ Communications or equivalent
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin and/or other regional languages is a benefit
- Working knowledge of / strong interest in fixed income, rates and/or equities products
- Proficient with full MS Office suite
- Dedicated team player
- Exemplary work ethic; eager to learn
- Candidates with sales background experience will be advantageous
- Strong communication skills and ability to perform under stress and tight deadline
- Ability to work in Hong Kong (Permanent Resident or other permit)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Tradeweb's Asia Dealer Relations team. Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this role is responsible for onboarding and supporting sell-side dealers across the APAC region, managing the dealer lifecycle, coordinating product roll-outs, and building strong dealer relationships to ensure platform, operational, and commercial readiness.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Provide ongoing product and operational support/training to the dealer community on Tradeweb's products
+ Take ownership to ensure platforms perform as expected and investigate any issues. Implement checks to ensure issues identified
+ Support business growth together with Product Management team to roll out and develop new markets and initiatives
+ Manage successful rollout of product enhancements and new dealer implementations including initial meetings, setup, testing and liaising with technical and business teams to ensure smooth go-live
+ Manage dealer expectation and assist dealers with 1st /2nd line API and product implementation queries
+ Proactively seek opportunities to engage with Tradeweb's dealer community, looking for ways to improve collaboration and maintaining good working relationships on a day-to-day basis.
+ Solutions driven and keen interest in analyzing logs, able to escalate issues when necessary with internal technical teams and manage dealer communication
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a related industry, sound knowledge of fixed income products and electronic markets
+ Finance or tech degree educated preferred but not essential
+ Able to prioritize tasks and maintain a professional approach under pressure
+ Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
+ Results oriented and motivated to deliver excellent client service
+ Able to adapt to new technologies and workflows
