Full Job Description

Our client is a professional commercial property fit-out and construction contractor firm.

Administration Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Pre-qualification & tender preparation; tender coordination & correspondences
  • Office relocation or renovation management and tenancy liaison
  • Provide all-round HR functions and duties
  • Provide all-round administration duties
  • Office vendor sourcing and management
  • Internal control and financial auditing coordination and support
  • Issuance of quotation, invoice and statement; payment follow-up, office and project payment monitoring and consolidating to the Accounting department
  • Responsible for general project administration duties including communicating with client/consultant, contract administration, CAR & EC insurances, bond coordination and follow up, procedures and policy review and set up
  • Provide secretarial support such as coordinating travel arrangements and appoitments
Requirements:
  • Degree holder or equivalent qualifications in any disciplines, preferably in Administration
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and MS Office
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Minimum 8 years of working experiences
  • Experience in Construction Industry and Main Contractor is advantageous
  • Immediately available is highly appreciated
