Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including but not limited to job posting, interview & assessment and offer negotiation
  • Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and manpower planning to drive effective recruitment strategies to meet business goals
  • Participate in various Talent Acquisition projects including but not limited to employer branding, campus recruitment, career talks, internship program
  • Handle ad-hoc projects when necessary
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience gained from Financial services industry
  • Strong team spirit but also able to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Posses a can-do attitude and with a positive mindset towards change, open for feedback and continuous improvement
  • Excellence interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
