Assistant Finance Manager (Property & Leasing Division) – ETERNITY CONSULTANTS (HK) Ltd

Full Job Description

• Report to the Head of Finance of the Company and GM of the subsidiary
• Analyze various financial indicators to evaluate the company’s financial performance; ensure effective business operation and provide professional advices to management team
• Responsible for the finance and accounting functions of a subsidiary company, including managing, preparing, reviewing and standardizing the financial statements and consolidated financial accounts, ensure the accuracy and compliance with financial rules, regulations, policies and accounting standards
• Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Prepare Chinese Reports
• Assist in external audit

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with professional qualifications of ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent
• Bachelor Degree major in Accounting / Finance or related discipline
• 5 years related solid experience in accounting & financial management
• Proficiency in MS Office application particularly in Excel and Powerpoint
• Experience in Yonyou Accounting System preferred
• Experience in prepare consolidation financial statements preferred
• Good knowledge in PRC and Hong Kong Taxation, Accounting Rules and Regulations
• Work experience in Chinese-funded Enterprises is a MUST
