Full Job Description
- Assist in establishing, reviewing and implementing the procurement policies & procedures
- Responsible for procurement of corporate supplies/services, building/facility management and maintenance services
- Perform and manage end-to-end procurement process starting from supply market research, sourcing & selection, pricing & services benchmarking, contract drafting & negotiation, contract finalization and goods & services delivery
- Provide professional procurement advice to various departments and stakeholders
- Establish and maintain supplier database accurately and conduct supplier performance review
Requirements
- Degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management or Business, or Science / Engineering discipline
- Minimum 8 years of solid experience gained from MNCs or listed/sizeable organizations of which at least 5 years of supervisory experience
- Professional membership of CIPS, ISM, IPSHK preferred
- Excellent sourcing & procurement knowledge in facilities management category including building maintenance, facility management, cleaning and security, etc.
- Familiar with sourcing process from RFx / Tendering to contract finalization
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Candidate with less experience may be considered at Senior Procurement Officer level.
