Our client, a Leading Banking Group is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position

Job Duties

• Strengthen existing customer relationships by providing insurance advisory and delivering premium customer.
• Work closely with business partners including Distribution Strategy Management Team and Banking Relationship Managers to achieve the assigned business goals.
• Provide professional sales coaching / training and establish team collaboration to drive results for personal insurance business.
• Support Insurance Specialist Head to develop and deliver product training programmes / workshops.

Job Requirements

• University degree holder in Finance, Economics or related disciplines.
• Qualified with IIQE Paper.
• 5 years’ sales, marketing or relationship management experience in Insurance.
• Proven ability to achieve business results with sound track record.
• Strong coaching skills and strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with initiative, self-motivated and proactively managed.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese with fluent spoken in Cantonese and Mandarin.
