Job Duties

• Lead a team in planning, scheduling, coordinating, supervising facilities maintenance works.
• Participate in planning, organizing, coordinating, and supporting internal departments, external parties for development, upgrading, addition & alteration projects, and maintenance works.
• Participate in client meetings, providing technical input for solutions and improvements.
• Assist in monitoring and controlling the budget, appraise and check design methods, procedures, and standards

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering/Building Services Engineering or a related discipline, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• REW B(0) is a plus
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with good Mandarin language skills.
• Proactive in driving organizational development to adapt to anticipated dynamic changes in the future.
• Service-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: HKD624,000 - HKD700,000 per annum
