As part of their proactive expansion plans in the rapidly growing industry, they are actively looking to fill a newly created position for a Senior Manager of Business Intelligence

About the Role

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for driving the data ecosystem and collaborate closely with various department stakeholders to kick start new business initiatives. As a team lead, you will be leading the strategic data roadmap and delivery of the business intelligence program to support companies priorities. You will liaise with IT team in producing business intelligence reporting solutions and supporting data models that integrate multiple sources of information – ensuring data integration issues, data structures and data quality are taken into consideration. Using machine learning and data mining to predict and forecast likely future outcomes with the aid of historical and existing data. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in rolling out and scaling business intelligence tools and automating integrations for multiple functions and design and modifications to data warehouse. Lastly, your role will involve developing essential dashboards and conducting KPI data analytics to measure performance, with the aim of supporting continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

The Successful Applicants

• Bachelor's degree required, Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, Finance or Mathematics focus preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analytics with a minimum of 3 of those years working with predictive modelling
• Solid understanding of statistical modelling , regression analysis, and predictive  modelling techniques
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for creating impactful reports and presentations
• Demonstrated track record in successfully implementing building intelligence solutions, encompassing both process and data analytics
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, enabling the extraction of actionable insights from complex datasets
• Hand on skills building custom reports and dashboards
• Have cross-functional understanding to create reusable data assets.
• Ability to analyze data to identify deliverables, gaps and inconsistencies
• Excellent communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability and interest in managing and communicating data analytic strategy to internal clients
• Good command in Chinese and English
