About The Client

Our client is a well-known listed company with strong business foundation in Hong Kong and South-east Asia. They are looking for Project Manager (CRM Solution) to join their team.

Job Description

• Responsible for CRM, O2O, customer data and loyalty system implementation projects in end-to-end management cycle
• Review the existing processes and analyse the pain-point, propose solutions to drive a better customer journeys
• Establish project objectives, planning, road mapping, scheduling to execution
• Work closely with IT, sales & marketing, eCommerce teams, and regional team to ensure all requirements and business goals are aligned and achieved
• Participate in technology selection and manage vendors on system changes and support
• Prepare documentation and take care of go live support.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Management or Business administration related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM system implementation and integration, preferably working in retail and FMCG industries
• Strong understanding in CRM, customer data management and O2O practices
• Proficient in project management and vendor management
• Cross-region team collaboration experience and be able to build up rapport with IT stakeholders and all-business levels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in English and Chinese, able to listen Mandarin
