Full Job Description

Our client is a listed healthcare company with a strong presence in Hong Kong , China, Macau and Overseas. With a focus on providing high-quality healthcare services to the community, our client has experienced rapid growth and expansion in recent years.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor the overall business budget, P&L, and financial controls to ensure the business's financial stability and growth.
• Represent the company in legal and compliance matters with customers and external stakeholders.
• Develop and control the S&M annual budget, P&L, and A&P expenses to achieve company goals.
• Oversee the retail and non-retail channels to drive sales and achieve business targets.
• Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures in conjunction with board members, organization officials, or staff members.
• Maintain employee confidentiality and coach, lead, mentor, and motivate employees for performance management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record in senior executive management with at least 15 years of relevant experience in Healthcare industry. Exposure to the China market is as asset.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in developing and monitoring budgets, P&L, and financial controls.
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams, building high-performance cultures, and managing change.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a results-oriented mindset.
• Frequent travel will be required.
• Immediate availability or short notice is advantageous.
