Customer Service Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Handle oversea customer enquiries and orders on phone or through email
- Follow up the order status with customers
- Make sure the goods on time deliver accurately
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Shipping and Logistic Team in providing full range of high standard service
- Work with Sales Team in providing solution to customer issues
- Maintain a good communications with the customers and other parties
- Any ad hoc assignment designated by the supervisor
- F.5 or above
- 3-year or above working experience in shipping industry (export shipment), familiar with full set I/E document and L/C document
- Good Command of English and Chinese, Mandarin Speaking will be an advantage
