Full Job Description

Our client is looking for a high calibre to lead a team on Digital Marketing and CRM.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to plan and execute the digital and CRM promotion campaign
  • Provide timely and regular reporting and share insights to enhance the effectiveness of CRM campaigns
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns across online/offline channels and customer touch points
  • Conduct research and analysis to understand the market trend and customer behaviours for CRM initiatives
  • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders for the execution of CRM campaigns
  • Implement customer segmentation strategy and handle CRM communications
  • Monitor programme budget and expenses

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Digital Marketing/Marketing/Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • 8 years or relevant work experience in business negotiation, content management and digital marketing, preferably with inhouse and Ecommerce experience
  • Loyalty / CRM / Data experience is ideal but not a must
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
