Full Job Description

O ur client is a world renowned full-service real estate and facilities management services provider.Operating globally, our client holds a leadership position in virtually all the world’s key business centres.

R esponsibili ties

· Support and provide general services as required to the entire operations, E&M equipment maintenance and to ensure the Client's premises in optimum conditions;

· Arrange and evaluate operation plan on regular basis; ensure a clear understanding on all operation development and in compliance with the Client’s requirement and standard;

· Supervise to ensure quality of works provided by service vendors and suppliers meeting with Client’s standard and performance target with KPI;

· Plan and manage on-site Facility Management operation teams in term of staffing, training, and evaluate operations maintenance and support personnel for whole account;

· Research new programs or processes to improve quality/ costs for Client; develop and implement recommendations to position Client’s facilities at their highest and best use;

· Assist in the preparation and presentation of cost efficiency analysis and energy management strategies;

· Provide the account reconciliation to Finance for projects;

· Develop an annual facility budget, including direct and indirect contract service expenses, preventative maintenance costs, energy management expenses and capital items etc;

· Ensure consistency and adherence with Client Master Contract and our client’s Corporate Facilities Management standards (including insurance requirements and price standards); effectively resolving disputes arising from non-compliance; and

· Interface with governmental regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with various code/ building requirements.

Requirements

· Bachelor degree in Facilities Management/ Engineering or related discipline is preferred;

· A minimum of 8 years of progressive advancement in facilities management/ engineering;

· Good knowledge of all laws that govern building management and maintenance, including familiarity with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and legislation that have an impact on building safety, emergency evacuation and environment protection;

· Superior customer service/relationship management skills including relationship building with a wide range of stakeholders at various levels within the organization;

· Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all cross boarder levels within the organization;

· Excellent business analytical and financial management skills, with the ability to see implications and provide consultative solutions and recommendations;

· Organize and detail with strong scheduling, prioritizing and multi-tasking skills;

· Self-motivated, flexible, able to handle conflicting and changing information in a fast-paced collaborative team environment;

· Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin); and

· Proficient in MS Office suite and especially MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and MS Project.
