HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION OFFICEROur client, an integrated communications agency, is looking for a Human Resources & Administration Officer to join their growing team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
*
Responsible for HR functions including but not limited to talent
acquisition, staff contracts, onboarding/exiting procedures,
attendance records, staff insurance and MPF
* Consistently update
staff handbook to ensure in compliance with local labour ordinances
and Group Policy
* Support daily office administration operations,
coordinate repairs and maintenance on-premises, air conditioning,
cleaning, furniture, equipment and machines, office supplies,
etc.
* Coordinate with IT helpdesk to offer troubleshooting
*
Company database inventory management, expense reimbursement, and
invoice
* Organize company events and staff training
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of relevant
experience.
* Diploma holder or above in HRM or any
disciplines
* Confident IT system user, proficient in MS Excel, and
willing to learn new technology
* Adaptable, responsible,
detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
* A problem
solver, open-minded, agile with change, and practical
* Fluency in
Cantonese and English is mandatory, Mandarin fluency is highly
appreciated
