Full Job Description
- Participate in HR duties including recruitment, casual labor employment, employee relations, staff activities and company events
- Provide support to manage Casual Labor Management System (CLMS) and casual manpower within venue; administer weekly causal payroll and maintain accurate causal staff data and attendance record, performance evaluation, coordinate with causal labor agencies
- Assist in recruitment and selection, coordinate interview and maintain talent database in system; responsible for staff on/off boarding logistics
- Participate in career fairs, career talks and university site visit coordination
- Provide support on local universities part-time recruitment program
- Responsible for daily general administration duties
- Perform any ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulations
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus
- Fresh graduate will be considered at Assistant Human Resources Officer level
