Full Job Description
Responsibilities
- Resolve daily PC usage problems, based on standard configurations and desktop environment.
- Responsible for maintaining the standard desktop environment in compliance with company Standard Desktop Policy.
- Resolve on a reasonable efforts basis, all Desktop Hardware break/fix that are not covered by third party hardware vendor(s).
- Provide remote support for Operating System support on in-scope Window servers and related devices.
- Provide on-site Operating System Support for ins-cope Window servers
Requirements
- Bachelor / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Studies or related disciplines
- 2 years working experience in IT field;
- Knowledge in Windows System, Microsoft Office and basic Windows Server System
