Role accountabilities:

• Provide design and implementation of landscape works in residential, commercial and public space projects;
• Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard landscape architecture techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications on projects;
• Provide support in dealing with project issues to resolve difficulties;
• Prepare tender submission for projects and cost budgeting;
• Prepare landscape related government statutory submissions;
• Responsible for project management and financial performance of projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Landscape Architecture;
• A professional member of the Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects, or a Registered Landscape Architect under the Landscape Architects Registration Ordinance.
• Possess a minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience in design, supervision and co-ordination of landscape works in construction projects, site supervision for all landscape works in Hong Kong.
• Innovative, creative and possess strong design skill;
• Able to handle both Hong Kong and China projects;
• Experience with multi-national design firms would be an advantage; and
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin);
