Job Description
• Oversee the licensing process from contract
initiation to execution, ensuring compliance with organizational
standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align product
designs with branding and licensing requirements.
• Monitor and
enforce licensing agreements to safeguard intellectual property
rights.
• Perform market research to identify trends and
opportunities for new licensing ventures.
• Manage financial
aspects of licensing projects, including budgeting and
forecasting.
• Facilitate regular communication among stakeholders
to maintain project alignment and timelines.
• Address and resolve
any licensing disputes or concerns promptly and professionally.

Keep abreast of relevant regulatory developments affecting licensing
agreements.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing, or a related field; preference for candidates
with a passion for or collection of dolls.
• Demonstrated
experience in licensing, brand management, or related roles within the
toy or entertainment industry.
• Proficient in negotiation and
contract management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal
skills.
• Knowledgeable in intellectual property law and licensing
practices.
• Capable of multitasking and managing multiple project
deadlines effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to
accurate documentation and reporting.
