Full Job Description
- Assist in implementing and coordinating various human resources policies and programs covering recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, training, salary administration, etc.
- Prepare monthly payroll, regular HR reports and other related analyses
- Update and maintain the Company’s Human Resources Information System
- Communicate the Company’s human resources policies and procedures to employees
- Provide administrative support and perform any other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned
- University education with at least 3 years of human resources experience
- Sound knowledge of local employment laws and related statutory requirements
- Hardworking, proactive, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Officer (Human Resources)
