Here is what you need to know about this role:

• Provide operational and administrative support: Act as coordinator for the compliance & sustainability team on operational and administrative tasks among the Li & Fung team and with its suppliers

• Monitor and report progress: Tracks progress toward compliance & sustainability goals and reports results to customers & business leaders through regular reports and presentations.

• Coordinate compliance & sustainability initiatives : Coordinates compliance & sustainability initiatives including improve suppliers’ social compliance/sustainability performance, assist in compliance/sustainability program operations as instructed, etc.

• Analyze supply chain performance : Collect and analyze data on the supply chain compliance and sustainability performance, identify areas of improvements, and make data driven recommendations.  Assist in the development of a framework for data collection/analysis/visualization.

• Conduct research : Conducts ad hoc research on compliance and sustainability trends, best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide training: Deliver compliance & sustainability training to suppliers, factories, and internal staffs to promote compliance & sustainable practices; and encourage behavioral changes within the organization.

You might be a good fit if you have …  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability or related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in sustainability field

• Good command of English and Mandarin

• Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience in data analysis and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or Infographics)

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong logical and analytical thinking.

• Service-oriented mindset

• Proactive and persistent with a collaborative approach and strong teamworking skills
