Job Description

• Responsible for non-food products sourcing
• Liaise with suppliers on product sourcing, pricing and terms negotiation
• Negotiate with suppliers for the best price and quality
• Work with our costing team for material cost calculation
• Follow up the orders, lead time and delivery schedule
• Maintain purchasing records, master price list and inventory control
• Assist in budget control and cost saving for processing department

• Diploma or above
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and self-motivated
• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing for materials and office supplies
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience in food production industry is an advantage
