About the company

Our client is a well-established and leading retail banking group in Hong Kong. With their continuous expansion in business, they are now looking for high caliber to join their Retail Loans Product team for a Product Head position focusing product digital development.

About the role

Reporting to the Dept Head of Retail Loans Product, you will lead a team in managing unsecured loans products development focusing digital development area. You will formulate product plans, product development projects, product automation and related fintech initiatives to drive product growth. Acting as a product leader, you are responsible for collaborating with IT, Agile, Digital, Compliance, Risk and Operations teams in launching new product initiatives and re-engineering on digital platforms. You have to manage end-to-end product flow, product evaluation and suggest digital customer experience to ensure smooth lending product implementation in digital journey. In addition, you will keep track of product sales results and propose new fintech trend to drive product profits effectively.

The successful applicant

To qualify, the successful individual must possess:

• University Graduate in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience in Retail Loans Product Development (Card, Unsecured Loans, Secured Loans and / or Mortgage) in retail banks, with sound digital project experience required.
• Strong product knowledge in Unsecured Loans is definitely an advantage.
• Good project skills in agile methodology preferred.
• Excellent knowledge in managing system enhancement, digital transformation and building roadmap for product journey is essential.
• Sound business sense, analytical mind and people management.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
