Job Description
• Plan and develop product marketing strategies and action
plans aligned with the company's business strategy and direction.
•
Responsible for promotional materials, organizing sales meetings,
arranging marketing campaigns and events, and liaising with business
partners to implement key product strategies for maximum market
penetration.
• Experienced in new product launches, increasing
market share, and inventory control.
• Provide training and
coaching to sales teams and collaborate with internal teams to ensure
the achievement of product objectives and strategies.
Job Requirements
• Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years of
solid product management experience in the pharmaceutical
industry.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation
skills.
• Customer-focused with the aim to enhance customer
satisfaction and maintain good relationships.
• Mature,
self-motivated, and enthusiastic with a passion for overcoming
challenges.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Chinese word
processing.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese, and
Mandarin.
