Job Description
• Assist in
the planning and setup of phone booth projects, aligning with project
timelines and specifications.
• Support senior project managers in
coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate
smooth project execution.
• Participate in client meetings to
gather requirements and ensure our solutions meet their
expectations.
• Help manage the procurement of materials and
maintain strong relationships with suppliers for quality
assurance.
• Monitor project milestones and assist in
troubleshooting issues to keep projects on track.
• Adhere to
safety standards and regulatory compliance during installation
processes.
• Contribute to the training and support provided to
clients after installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in project
coordination, preferably with exposure to IT or AV system
projects.
• Familiarity with smart office technologies and an
interest in space management innovations.
• Effective communication
and interpersonal skills, with a knack for teamwork and
collaboration.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage
tasks efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
• Eager to
learn, adapt, and apply creative problem-solving skills in a
fast-paced setting.
• Basic technical proficiency and willingness
to quickly learn new tools and software.
• A relevant associate or
bachelor's degree is advantageous.
