Project Manager

Full Job Description

• Manage online platform projects and oversee implementations for on time delivery
• Participate in whole Software Development Cycle, e.g. user requirement elicitation, system / analysis and design, UAT, etc.
• Deliver technical project management service including project planning, task scheduling, control and monitoring of project execution and risk management
• Liaise with business or internal departments, vendors and Head Office system-in-charge to provide project management/coordination on implementation projects
• Control and monitor the project deliverable and ensure project deliverable matched with the scope of work
• Ensure project risks & issues have appropriate mitigation plan and lead action owners to the closure stage
• Higher diploma in telecommunications, computer science, information technology or other related disciplines
• Around 5-8 years project management experiences and/or participated in sizable IT project implementation, preferably in web application
• Experience in working in AWS Cloud and DevOps environment is preferred
• Experience in Application development using Java, Spring Boot, Elastic Search, REST API, REACT JS and micro-services architecture is an advantage
• Familiar with project management tools and approaches; methodologies (Agile, Scrum), PMP and/or ITIL holder is preferable
• Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal communication skills and good presentation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager/PMO Analyst
