Full Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to work on data-led reward consulting projects within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid working model, with the flexibility to operate both virtually and from a prestigious office location at One Island East.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with directors, senior consultants and partners to support them in delivering high-quality work to clients. This would include conducting research, gathering data, and analysing information to provide insights to consultants, partners and directors
  • Perform data analytic using Excel modelling techniques to analyse and interpret large data set
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of client presentations
  • Support the team in conducting client meetings and workshops. This may involve facilitating discussions, capturing key insights, and contributing to the development of solutions and act plans
  • Contribute to business development activities such as proposal development, client presentations and relationship building with potential clients

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial services and/or professional firms is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, HR strategy and related domains
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required.
  • Naturally curious about data with excellent analytical skills.
