Sales Manager / Account Manager (Learning & Development)

Our client is a major supplier of leadership and sales training programmes and executive coaching.

Requirements:

• Degree holder.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in HR management or Learning & Development.
• Experience in conduct analysis of training and organizational needs working collaboratively to implement solutions.
• Experience in development, curriculum design and delivery training programmes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• More experience will also consider as Senior Sales Manager
