- Lead the scrum team and introduce agile values and adopt scrum framework for digital banking related project delivery;
- Coach the Scrum team in self-management and cross-functionality;
- Help the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done;
- Help the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items;
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments;
- Ensure all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox;
- Find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management;
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed;
- Involve in the revamp projects on bank-wise end-to-end software development and collaboration workflow;
Support development and business teams to use the Agile and collaboration tools . Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Experience 1.0 Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in the Agile project implementation with minimum 1 years of Scrum Master. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Software Process Engineer;
- Scrum Certified, e.g. CSM / PSM / PMI-ACP, is highly preferred;
- Proven track record of running Agile projects with Scrum framework i.e. Agile values, Scrum ceremonies, Product Backlog, etc.;
- Proven Agile delivery experience in a large enterprise or Financial Institutions is highly preferred;
- Experience in working with the Cloud application and Microservice development is a plus;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, mentoring, team building and conflict management skills with customer-centric attitude;
- Strong communication, technical writing and presentation skills in managing senior stakeholders;
- Good understanding and experience in DevOps and tools stacks, e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, etc.;
