Job Duties
  • Responsible for all rounded Office administration function. Job duties include procurement, facilities maintenance, vendor management as well as coordinating company events
  • Supervise a small team of administrative staffs
  • Plan and execute company renovation projects
  • Work with external agencies on travel arrangement & leasing matters
Requirements
  • Degree holder majored in Business administration or related disciplines
  • With at least 6 years of office administrative working experiences gained from multinational companies
  • Stable, responsible and efficient candidate
  • Fluent command in both written & spoken English & Chinese 
  • Client Service & Administrative Experience

Job Duties
  • Conduct name screening via different systems such as World Check, Factiva, internal and external systems
  • Check investigation alerts that called for extensive liaison with front office, compliance and respective stakeholders
  • Team administrative support, static data maintenance and ad-hoc projects

Job Duties
  • Report to the Regional Head of HR
  • Accountable for calendar management, meeting schedules across multiple time zones and travel arrangements
  • Manage interview schedules; on-off barding coordination and facilitate the preparation of HRIS reports using multiple systems including Workday
