Senior Legal Counsel

Full Job Description

• Legal support for Hong Kong and PRC business
• Provide legal advice and manage external legal advisors in employment related matters
• Provide legal advice on data privacy matters and initiatives
• Draft and review company wide legal policy
• Conduct legal briefing/training to internal business units as and when required

Requirements

• University degree, holder of LLB and PCLL or equivalent desirable
• Minimum 5 years of PQE
• Relevant experience in general corporate/commercial within private practice or in-house
• Confident in drafting legal documents in both English and Chinese
• Down-to-earth, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Less experienced candidate will be considered as Legal Counsel.
