Senior Officer - Licensing & Product Development (Consumer Healthcare)

A well-established healthcare company from Korea

Job Description

• To research and analyze the latest market trends, identify market, customers and consumer needs for new product development and existing product improvement
• To manage new and existing products and their related packaging to ensure guidelines are followed and regulatory requirements in different countries are met, and existing products and related materials are up-to-date in terms of regulatory and brand guideline
• To negotiate business terms for new licenses and renewal of existing ones
• To monitor all aspects of products to ensure that products are launched within required timeframe and achieve the assigned objectives
• To coordinate, prepare and submit documents for license applications
• Proficient in Intellectual Property Rights and work with Legal Team on legal, compliance and contract signing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Licensing, new Brand / Product Development is preferred
• Out-going with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and a good team player
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Chinese. Korean is an advantage
