About The Client

Our client is a well-known global machinery manufacturer and to cope with business expansion, they are looking for Senior Project Manager to lead the system optimization projects.

Job Description

• Report to Executive and lead ERP and factories' system implementation and transformation projects
• Track, diagnose and advise top management on strategies and action plans for continuous overall improvement in corporate efficiency and effectiveness
• Conduct full cycle project management including manage project timeline, resource allocation, budget and deliverables
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and address their needs 
• Communicate with IT team, design team (Engineering from factories, production, quality) and manage vendors to ensure all deliverables and business goals are achieved
• Establish and support vendor selection and procurement for new and/or maintenance management projects
• Prepare and update project documentation 

Qualifications :

• Degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Information Engineering, or IT related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management and governance, preferably working in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain industries
• Solid experience in business process re-engineering, automation and/or change management programs design
• Familiar with manufacturing operation systems and modules are the absolute advantages
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to partner effectively with top management, subordinates & stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving skills and vendor management experience
• Able to travel / station in Mainland China
