Senior Sales Manager - Medical Device / Diagnostics - SC

Client Description

Our client, a sizable healthcare distributor in Asia Pacific region. They are now urgently seeking Senior Manager to join their expanding team

Job Description

  • Be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the assigned cluster (Hong Kong and Macau) sales strategy through the provision of leadership and direction to the sales team
  • Managing and developing growth of business and for coordinating company activity within a designated territory for both active client accounts and prospective accounts.
  • Identifying key decision makers and stakeholders across each account and effectively implement our sales cycle to ensure positive tender outcome
  • Working closely with internal business partners to develop and implement specific marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain sustainable strategic business relationships with key clients
  • Optimize the use of resources to cover market potential to achieve the operating plan
  • Monitor performance objectives on a regular and timely basis in accordance with agreed time-frame.
  • Manage, develop, coach and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
  • Analyse month end sales results by product, cluster; Review reports to detect sales, market share and activity trends for sales team
  • Identify business opportunities through analysis of clients and trends within the area.
Job Requirements
  • University graduate in Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years' proven sales experience within medical devices industry with at least 3 years' managment experience; experience in Macau healthcare industry will be adavantage
  • Solid technical background with understanding and /or hands-on experience in the Life Science and/or Medical Device market
  • Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills
  • Demonstration of strong team-working, especially in a matrix environment
  • Good Persuasive ability and planning & organizing skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
