understanding of Electronics and knowledge of renewable energy.

At least one year of experience in a technical support role is
preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required; Cantonese
proficiency is an advantage.
• Flexible regarding the salary range,

Job Description
• Provide
technical support for Solar PV + Battery monitoring systems through
phone, email, or remote methods.
• Occasionally visit sites to
address technical support issues.
• Assist customer support teams
by offering technical phone support for relevant products.
•
Maintain communication with the customer support team and provide
updates on customer information.
• Identify and report any product
performance deficiencies or documentation issues to relevant
personnel.
• Assist with product validation testing when needed.
Job Requirements
• Background in Electrical
Engineering.
• Professional and courteous representation through
various communication channels.
• Ability to work independently
with minimal supervision.
• Good time management skills and ability
to prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to
maintaining accurate records.
• Analytical and inquisitive mindset
for effective troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills with
the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
