Full Job Description
SW9739 |22 Mar 2019 Technical Support Specialist
- Provide IT support to end-user including PC, core applications and email system
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and configuration problems in PCs, notebooks and network printers
- General System and Network Administration function
- Planning for system processes, back up management and run batch jobs
- Perform both software / hardware installation and upgrade
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide solution to desktop problems for end-users
- Diploma or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or other related disciplines
- At least 3 years hands on experience in deskside support
- 2 - 5 years of hands on experience in System & Network support role
- In-depth knowledge in desktop maintenance and core desktop software
- Experience Wintel/Linux platform, VMware, Firewall & Cisco Network & Backup Strategy would be an advantage
- Ethnical, hardworking, responsible and pleasant with good interpersonal skills
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
