Full Job Description

SW9739 |22 Mar 2019 Technical Support Specialist

  • Provide IT support to end-user including PC, core applications and email system
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and configuration problems in PCs, notebooks and network printers
  • General System and Network Administration function
  • Planning for system processes, back up management and run batch jobs
  • Perform both software / hardware installation and upgrade
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide solution to desktop problems for end-users
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or other related disciplines
  • At least 3 years hands on experience in deskside support
  • 2 - 5 years of hands on experience in System & Network support role
  • In-depth knowledge in desktop maintenance and core desktop software
  • Experience Wintel/Linux platform, VMware, Firewall & Cisco Network & Backup Strategy would be an advantage
  • Ethnical, hardworking, responsible and pleasant with good interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
