Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Conduct research on
technology & product-specific topics in order to develop original
content that is aligned with brand standards
* Develop content for
white papers, case studies, sales collaterals, playbooks, customer
guides, websites, etc.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to
capture key message points
* Create accurate content that is easy
to understand
* Proofread content for errors and
inconsistencies
* Edit and polish existing content to improve
readability
* Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices
to increase traffic to the website and various social media
channels
* Create compelling headlines and body copy to help
achieve brand goals
* Update content as needed to ensure all-around
consistency (style, fonts, tone, etc.)
Requirements:
* Must have 4-5 years of proven work experience as a
Technical Writer or a similar role
* Portfolio of published
articles Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or a related field
is preferred
* BPO or Tech experience required
* Basic SEO
knowledge is a plus
* Can work independently and conduct research
on assigned topics
* Ability to adapt writing style between
articles to meet stylistic demands
* Ability to manage time and
work on multiple projects to meet deadlines
