**Trách nhiệm:**
+ Tìm kiếm và phát triển khách hàng tiềm năng để đáp ứng mục tiêu doanh số hàng tháng.
+ Thực hiện liên hệ qua điện thoại hoặc email để nhận thông tin ban đầu về khách hàng tiềm năng và đặt lịch hẹn.
+ Phân tích nhu cầu của khách hàng và trình bày các dịch vụ của UPS.
+ Chuẩn bị hồ sơ dự thầu.
+ Tập trung vào việc giữ chân và thấu hiểu các khách hàng đang hoạt động trong danh mục đầu tư.
+ Hoàn thành việc bảo trì, giải quyết vấn đề và quản lý việc bán hàng cho danh mục khách hàng.
+ Theo dõi doanh số bán hàng thông qua việc soạn thảo và cập nhật các báo cáo và hệ thống nội bộ.
**Trình độ:**
+ Bằng cử nhân hoặc tương đương quốc tế - Bắt buộc
+ Đáp ứng các yêu cầu về độ tuổi và hoạt động của địa phương để vận hành một chiếc xe
+ Các kỹ năng giao tiếp

And while you've probably never thought of a UPS company for financing and insurance services, the global supply chain expertise of **UPS Capital®️** uniquely positions us to help protect companies from risk and leverage cash in their supply chains. Insurance companies and banks can't say that.
We are looking for an ambitious **Account Manager (General Insurance)** working in our Hong Kong office to cope with our business growth.
**_What Do We Expect Of You?_**
+ Follow up Renewal Accounts and target new business (Marine Cargo, Trade Credit, Product Liability, Jeweler Blocks and/or other general insurance products)
+ Building partnerships with various sales resources (e.g. UPS, Supply Chain Solutions, UPS Freight, external customers, etc.) to improve the network for providing sales leads.
+ Attends strategy sessions to find UPS Capital opportunities in UPS target accounts.
+ Calls on prospects (i.e., conference calls, phone cold calls, and in-person visits) to qualify prospects for fit with UPS Capital solutions which involves Parcel Pro, and to schedule appointments.
+ Researches potential customer information (e.g., financial status, products sold, markets, etc.) to ensure viable prospect and to support credit application.
+ Conducts sales visits to prospective customers to present UPS Capital value proposition according to their company and their needs.
+ Conducts due diligence (e.g., inventory audit, financial analysis, etc.) to verify the legitimate and financial status of the company complies with UPS Capital business requirements (e.g., risk, profitability, etc.)
+ Monitor and maintains account relationships to ensure integration of new business/ cross-selling and continued customer satisfaction
**_What Skills Do You Need?_**
+ Valid insurance license holder of IIQA Papers 1 & 2
+ Have proven at least 3+ years general insurance field sales experience is a MUST
+ Have a sales hunter mentality with a desire to win and grow your business
+ Capability to issue quotation/ placing slip independently.
+ Excellent communication skills with experience of creating and delivering presentations
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint); Language proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua inclusive).
