**Position Responsibilities**
**Stakeholder Management**
+ Work in a matrix environment and collaborate closely with HNW Distribution teams in Asia segment and at market levels, as well as with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Audit and Operations, to support adherence to the Company's risk management, conduct and sales Quality requirements.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Capabilities

Job Responsibilities:
+ Assist Head of Individual Sales to develop broker strategies
+ Develop and maintain sound relationships with brokers by acting as a key contact point and providing efficient and high quality service
+ Actively seek and develop new business opportunities through brokers, by expanding existing broker relationships or developing new relationships with brokers; and to occasionally work directly with clients
+ Achieve individual and team sales target
+ Provide effective solutions to brokers and clients with product information and handling sales enquiries for products including but not limited to healthcare, critical illness and other products
+ Be a liaison among the team, internal and external stakeholders and to the brokers
+ Identify improvements to prevent issues from recurring
+ Assist on any ad-hoc business projects
Job Requirements:
+ Undergraduate Degree with minimum 8 years' related working experience in banking or insurance field. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
+ IIQE Paper 1,2 required
+ Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
+ Solid knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

· Solid understanding of air conditioning and building services systems, including system design concepts, equipment selection, and solution configuration.
· Experience in reviewing tender documents, technical specifications, and drawings is highly preferred.
· Ability to provide technical advice to consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users during sales and tender stages.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term customer relationships.
· Strong coordination skills to work effectively with internal Engineering, Project, and Service teams.
· Good presentation, proposal preparation, and negotiation skills.
