What You'll Do- Act as a Business Analyst: Partner with stakeholders (merchandising, marketing, operations, store managers) to gather, clarify, and document requirements through workshops, interviews, and user stories.
- Run Test Cases: Design, execute, and maintain manual & automated test scripts for web, mobile, and POS applications.
- Confirm & Validate: Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, demo sessions, and UAT with end-users to ensure solutions meet expectations.
- Defect Management: Log, track, and verify fixes using Jira or similar tools.
- Process Improvement: Recommend QA best practices and contribute to agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros).
- 1–5 years in software QA, with hands-on experience in requirements elicitation and user communication.
- Strong business analysis skills – ability to translate retail workflows (inventory, pricing, promotions, omnichannel) into clear functional specs.
- Proficiency in test case design (functional, regression, integration, end-to-end) and tools like Selenium, Postman, or Appium a plus.
- Excellent communication – confident discussing requirements with non-technical users and writing concise documentation.
- Familiarity with retail domain (POS, ERP, e-commerce) is highly desirable.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, or similar.
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification is a bonus.

- Must be proficient in the following aspects of engineering design for high volume manufacturing:
- Designing plastics for Injection Molding, Extrusion and Joining (sonic and solvents)
- Designing complex moving mechanisms that include gear trains, motors and pumps
- Experience designing products that have moving fluids and plumbing
- Integrating electronics with the mechanical design including basic knowledge of how electronic circuits work.
- Excellent communication skills. Speaks and Writes fluently in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
