Responsibilities- Create and execute test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts to determine optimal application performance according to specifications, fulfill business requirements, and identify existing or potential issues.
- Test new software to ensure integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and technical specifications; ensure it is fit for user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with software/systems personnel in application testing, including system, unit, regression, load, and UAT testing.
- Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing and provide support to key users during UAT (e.g., logging defects and following up on defect fixes).
- Analyze formal test results to discover and report defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues, and interoperability flaws.
- Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of quality assurance/testing best practices.
- College diploma or university degree in software engineering, information technology or computer science;
- 0-2 years of IT-related experience preferred (fresh graduates will also be considered)
- Knowledge of software testing best practices and methodologies;
