• Design and execute electrochemical tests on anode and cathode materials for aqueous battery systems.
• Develop advanced electrochemical diagnosis platforms and conduct in-situ testing on electrodes and components.
• Optimize charge-discharge and evaluation protocols to assess electrochemical performance.

• Ph.D. in Battery Chemistry, Electrochemistry, Material Chemistry, Material Physics, or a related discipline.
• 1 year of R&D experience in rechargeable battery research or energy storage materials is mandatory.
• Proficiency in electrochemical testing techniques (e.g., CV, EIS, LSV, GITT), with proven ability to conduct independent R&D.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for data analysis and statistics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn new concepts from patents and literature, and propose creative ideas.
• Background in developing battery and inorganic materials, as well as familiarity with crystal structure analysis techniques (e.g., XRD) is preferred.
• Experience with organic material development is preferred.
• Frequent travel to PRC is required.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's, Master's, or higher degree in Biochemistry, Biology, or a related life sciences field
• Proficiency in laboratory animal handling and disease model development is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing cell-based, bacteria-based, and/or animal-based studies
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Cantonese proficiency is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

負責體外診斷人工智慧設計軟體的核心演算法研究與開發,構建高效、精准的人工智慧模型,提升診斷的準確性和效率。

深入研究體外診斷領域的業務場景和需求,將前沿的人工智慧技術與實際診斷需求相結合,推動軟體產品的創新與優化。

跟蹤國內外體外診斷和人工智慧領域的最新研究動態和技術進展,開展前瞻性研究,探索新的技術方向和應用場景,為公司的技術戰略和產品規劃提供依據。

帶領研究團隊開展技術攻關,解決研究過程中遇到的關鍵技術問題,確保研究項目的順利推進。

撰寫高品質的研究論文、專利申請檔和技術報告,提升公司在該領域的學術影響力和技術競爭力。

三、任職要求

學歷與專業:擁有電腦科學、生物醫學工程、生物資訊學、統計學等相關專業的碩士學位,學校QS排名前100名,具有海外研究經歷者優先。需要擁有在香港合法工作的簽證包括但不限於IANG/高才優才。

專業技能:

精通機器學習、深度學習等人工智慧演算法,具備扎實的數學基礎和統計分析能力,能夠獨立設計和實現複雜的演算法模型。

熟悉體外診斷領域的常用資料類型和處理方法,如醫學影像(X 光、CT、MRI 等)、質譜資料、基因晶片資料等,有相關資料處理和分析經驗者優先。

熟練掌握至少一種程式設計語言(如 Python、Java、C++ 等)和相關的機器學習框架(如 TensorFlow、PyTorch、Scikit - learn 等)。

The ideal candidates must have extensive experience in molecular and cellular biology, cancer immunology, TCR T and CAR T-cell development, flow cytometry, and cell culture. Highly motivated and self-directed applicants interested in translational research in immuno-oncology are strongly encouraged to apply. However, applicants with related training and experience will be given priority.

The positions are capable to support the research activities and independently complete individual projects under the direction and mentorship of the Chief Scientific Officer in the company. These positions will interact and collaborate with a number of scientists and associates highly trained in translational research of immuno-oncology. The persons will bring their skills, knowledge, and experience to be actively involved in the development of immunotherapies for a variety of cancers.

• Develop and optimize micronization technologies, formulation techniques and process engineering for novel preparation of Chinese medicines.
• Perform formulation characterization such as moisture content, particle size analysis, microscopic observation, content assay and dissolution experiment.
• Manage research projects, including but not limit to timeline management, scope management and data organization.
• Communication with other departments and stakeholders in performing new product development projects and research projects.

Who we're looking for

• PhD or Master's in Chinese Medicines, Chemistry, Pharmacy in Chinese Medicine, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Translational
• Medicines, Material Science, Food and Nutritional Science, Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline.

• 3 years experiences in research projects, preferably in the Chinese medicines area. Experience in TCM micronization, nanotechnology or formulation technology is highly preferred.

  
  
• Analytical skills such as inspection of marker components by HPLC, LC-MS is a plus.
• Possess knowledge in Chinese medicines.
• Good communication skills. Good cultural fit to local research environment.
• Background knowledge in the treatment method of traditional Chinese Medicines is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize processes for the production of various GMP-grade immune cells, including but not limited to dendritic cells, T cells, and NK cells.
• Design and execute experiments aimed at improving yield, purity, and functionality of immune cells.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing, to ensure compliance with GMP standards.
• Develop and validate assays to assess the quality and potency of immune cells.
• Stay updated on advancements in the field and integrate innovative approaches into process development.
• Document all research activities according to GMP guidelines.

Qualification:

• PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Preferred experience with immune cell-based therapies such as dendritic cells, T cells, or NK cells.
• Solid experience in scaling up processes for clinical and commercial manufacturing will have advantage.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process development for immune cells or related cell therapies.
• Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements is preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in designing and optimizing cell culture processes for immune cells.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
