**What** **You'll** **Do**
+ Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups)

**What** **We're Looking For**
+ Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs

The Corporate Banking Associate is an intermediate level professional responsible for managing local corporate and public sector client relationships and driving revenue growth by cross selling various solutions across the entire Citi platform (as per identified client needs) in close coordination with different Product Partners / stakeholders while efficiently deploying the firm's capital to maximize returns. The Associate will also provide support to Senior Bankers in managing more complex client relationships such as diversified conglomerates. The role is also responsible for holistically evaluating and managing Credit Risk, as well as all other Risk and Control aspects of client relationships.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assist with day-to-day cash management activities, foreign exchange and derivative transactions, loan activity and Debt Capital Market efforts.
+ Partner with Senior Bankers to provide overall relationship management support, including various marketing initiatives / efforts.
+ Support Senior Bankers in cross-selling full spectrum of products and services by identifying customer needs to generate revenue and increase Citi's share of wallet.
+ Conduct marketing and execution activities in coordination with all relevant stakeholders from various functions and international geographies across Citi's global network.
+ Develop understanding of all credit, transactional and franchise risks in coordination with Senior Bankers to facilitate seamless deal execution as well as timely and appropriate risk mitigation.

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
+ Overseeing daily operations of our all-day dining restaurant with poise and precision
+ Driving team engagement and guest satisfaction during high-volume services
+ Engaging with guests daily to gather feedback and refine the guest experience
+ Analyzing guest feedback and operational data to drive continuous improvement
+ Partnering with the culinary team to deliver seasonal, story-driven menus
+ Ensuring consistent execution of service standards and guest touchpoints
+ Supporting recruitment, training, and performance development of the service team.
**What we need from you**
+ A minimum of 6 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 2 years in managing all day dining or high volume restaurants
+ A bachelor's degree in in hospitality management, restaurants, culinary management or equivalent
+ A holder of local Hygiene Manager Certificate and/or Food Safety and Hygiene certification
+ Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
+ Good planning, organising and problem solving skills
+ Ability to stay composed under pressure and lead by example
+ Passion for storytelling through food and service
+ Familiarity with luxury or lifestyle hotel standards is a plus
+ Excellent command in English speaking and writing; speaking Chinese and/or other languages is an advantage
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
