The Job
- 负责公司现金以及有息负债管理，编制资金计划、保持资金平衡。
- 负责银行账户管理，月度对账、印鉴、网银盾信息变更维护。
- 负责银企关系维护，授信管理、年审问题回复。
- 负责融资成本、负债规模、现金流等资金指标跟踪管理。
- 负责数据信息填报维护。
- 本科及以上学历，财务、会计、国际贸易相关专业；持有CPA/ACCA或同等证书优先。
- 熟悉香港会计准则及国际财务报告准则（IFRS）。
- 有在香港中央企业资金管理岗位工作经历的优先。
- 熟练运用办公自动化软件，可以应用Excel高级功能（数据透视表等）处理数据，精通PPT制作。
- 熟练掌握英语、普通话、粤语，具备良好的沟通表达能力。
- 每周工作五天
- 年假：12天
- 薪资结构：13个月薪水 + 绩效奖金

The company has extensive experience designing and constructing Chinese, Japanese, and Western gardens across Hong Kong, mainland China, Taiwan, and Europe.
Job Description- Oversee and manage services in the Service Areas to meet or exceed performance standards.
- Conduct horticultural studies and devise improvement plans for the Service Areas.
- Recommend suitable plant species considering the Airport Authority’s requirements and environmental factors.
- Present planting arrangements to the Airport Authority through sketches or photo-montages based on provided instructions and design ideas.
- Assist in solving landscape-related issues such as plant health and pest control.
- Manage and motivate staff, especially on-site supervisors, and identify areas for improvement, providing solutions when possible.
- Communicate effectively with the Airport Authority in English and Chinese.
- Perform ad hoc or emergency duties as assigned.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related fields, with 3 years in a managerial role.
- Certificate or higher in Landscaping, Horticulture, Arboriculture, Forestry, or related disciplines.
