Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute C&B strategies, policies, and programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits offerings.
- Lead annual salary review, bonus planning, and incentive scheme design.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance.
- Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to align C&B initiatives with organizational goals.
- Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR analytics related to rewards.
- Manage vendor relationships (e.g., insurance providers, survey consultants).
- Drive process improvements and digital transformation in C&B practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's degree or certifications (e.g., GRP, CIPD) a plus.
- 8+ years of C&B experience
, preferably in insurance/financial services or MNCs. - Strong expertise in job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and benefits program management.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Chinese and English.
