Principal Responsibilities *

- Deepen cross-border collaboration with HACN to drive scalable and quality New-To-Bank (NTB) customer referrals, with a specific focus in customers from GBA
- Identify segment-specific and/or industry-specific growth opportunities and lead the implementation of effective relationship strategies in the relevant segments/ sectors
- Design and manage meaningful MI reports to track business progress
- Build effective relationship strategies and industry sectors and various business partners
- Through presence and participation in business partners' events, strengthen HASE brand as a business partner for SMEs, specifically for local, GBA and start-up customers
Requirements
- University degree in Finance and Accounting, Economics, Banking, Business Management and related discipline. Professional qualification or higher educational level an advantage
- Proven working experience in the banking industry with focus on commercial banking. Frontline experience an advantage.
- Sound understanding of commercial banking products, including but not limited to commercial lending, trade finance, wealth management products, cash management solutions and various banking channels is preferred.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills with customer centricity mindset and dedication to deliver quality services to strategic partners.
- Flexible and with ability to multitask in a fast-pasted environment or under pressure.
