+ While operations are managed separately, CSM supports all other aspects of these products. A core responsibility is overseeing post-closing, day-to-day servicing of Corporate Trust transactions-particularly large conventional and structured debt programmes in Hong Kong and across Asia Pacific. This includes responding to client enquiries, managing consent and amendment requests, monitoring covenant submissions, and conducting periodic transaction reviews.
+ To deliver smooth end-to-end client experience, the CSM partners regularly with Bank Relationship Managers, Business Development, Transaction Management, Business Support and Operations during onboarding and throughout the client lifecycle, especially when issues arise. The CSM also acts as the primary escalation point for client-related matters within their assigned portfolio.
+ This role requires building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, internal teams, partners and other offices to ensure issues are resolved promptly and to a satisfactory conclusion. The CSM is expected to take a proactive approach to client engagement, meeting clients regularly, identifying retention opportunities, and strengthening relationships with key market participants. **Principal Responsibilities**
+ Execute client trade orders (e.g. equities, futures and options) accurately in real time
+ Respond to client calls regarding account balance, order status etc enquiries
+ Monitor live market movements and escalate unusual activity to senior management and risk/compliance teams for further action
+ Escalate system outage to IT and on-site manager
+ Provide post-trade confirmation to clients when required
**Qualifications**
+ University graduate
+ Experience in customer-facing service, trading desk or call center (finance/brokerage preferred)
+ Strong numerical analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
+ Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
+ Ability to work night shifts and on a rotating schedule
+ Current or qualify for SFC Type 1, 2 and 3 licensed representative

**In this role you will be:**
+ Developing our Premier customer base and establishing long term relationships with an assigned Premier clientele portfolio
+ Managing the total wealth of your clients by matching our financial and investment product solutions to their financial needs
+ Demonstrating genuine curiosity about customers, helping them reach their financial ambitions
+ Connecting with product Specialists to provide more advanced technical input to identify and fulfill multiple needs with customers
+ Promoting our Premier Service to potential customers, exploring their needs and making referrals to other business units where appropriate
+ Supporting branch improvement initiatives, providing customer feedback of our Service and ensuring compliance with audit Requirements and quality assurance
+ Understanding and adhering to local and global compliance
+ Maintaining the levels of operational integrity required by HSBC and adhere to the business Principles and Values of HSBC
+ Remark: multiple work locations available across branches in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories
**To be successful you will need:**
+ University level education, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline
+ Experience in client facing environment, with excellent relationship building capability
+ Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
+ High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
+ Good understanding and strong interest of the financial markets
+ Mature and independent mindset, able to work effectively under pressure
+ Strong commercial orientation with acute interpersonal skills
+ Fluency in Cantonese and English, with additional languages is an advantage
+ Holder of relevant insurance and investment licenses and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
+ Candidate without banking background will also be considered

Branch Manager takes the lead in bringing HSBC's strategy and priorities to life. You have a central role to play in supporting your team to maximizing performance in achieving Wealth & Personal Banking business's objectives. **In this role you will:**
+ Report directly into Division Director, the Branch Manager will lead, develop and manage a branch to ensure achievement of the business objectives with responsibility for Wealth and Retail
+ Deliver branch plan including leads/sales prospect management and overall customer experience, and establish HSBC as a provider of world class retail banking and wealth management solutions. Create and maintain an environment where the branch team maximise performance and provide the highest quality service
+ Optimise cost through effective resource management within the branch
+ Ensure a consistently high level of service delivery to increase customer satisfaction
+ Coach managers and the team to achieve business goals and effectively meet customer needs
+ Foster a customer-centric ethos and use customer insight to continually enhance the customer experience
+ Manage and guide staff in the sales process model, personal financial review, product knowledge and proper sales techniques of our products to expand customer relationships, meet established performance objectives and contribute to maximised economic profit
+ Responsible for making recommendations on branch distribution planning and reconfiguration, staffing, resource re-allocation and process streamlining to senior stakeholders

**To be successful you will need:**
+ University level education in business or a related discipline preferred
+ Proven and progressive management experience
+ Strong business acumen and decisive judgement
+ Display sustained motivation, resilience and positivity
+ Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment and prioritize work assignments
+ Ability to use numerical data to effectively manage branch performance, good knowledge of Wealth and Retail distribution techniques and models
+ Holder of relevant insurance and investment licenses and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
+ Good command of Cantonese and English. Mandarin is advantageous
