**About the Role:**
The APAC Finance Center is a high-performing and culturally diverse team. The department's key priority is to act as a center of excellence to drive alignment and improvement of financial reporting processes and systems in the APAC region.
In this role, you will prepare monthly financial statements for submission to the Corporate level. You will also be involved in various professional accounting functions for one or more businesses within Stryker's operations, such as monitoring accounts, reviewing and analyzing documentation, transactions, and reconciliation, managing legal entity month-end closure, and managing the reporting process. **Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or above in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related disciplines
· 3+ years of relevant experience in HVAC sales, application sales, technical sales, or E&M-related roles.
· Solid understanding of air conditioning and building services systems, including system design concepts, equipment selection, and solution configuration.
· Experience in reviewing tender documents, technical specifications, and drawings is highly preferred.
· Ability to provide technical advice to consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users during sales and tender stages.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term customer relationships.
· Strong coordination skills to work effectively with internal Engineering, Project, and Service teams.
· Good presentation, proposal preparation, and negotiation skills.
