About the role

Reporting to the department head, you will oversee the delivery of innovative analytics and AI initiatives within the financial services domain. This position combines hands-on expertise in machine learning and analytical modeling with leadership in program management, ensuring that projects fulfill business needs and support organizational growth. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to set project scope, objectives, and delivery targets for AI and data-related programs. Manage and coordinate several concurrent projects, keeping them aligned with the organization's strategy and completed on schedule and within scope. Working with different business stakeholders, you will develop clear action plans, track progress, and address risks to ensure successful outcomes across all AI and analytics efforts. The successful applicants

How you will create an impact:

About The Role
The candidate will be a passionate and forward-thinking GenAI Data Scientist to support company's key business initiatives and projects. S/he will be responsible for curating and developing technical capabilities for the Data Science Team, from gatekeeping the choice of technologies to the implementation of technical solutions.
