+ Develop and maintain cordial customer relationship and provide quality customer services
+ Conduct regular and effective account reviews and enhance existing relationship via cross-selling
+ Manage CDD risk, monitor suspicious behavior and take appropriate action in compliance with established policy and guideline, to protect the Bank's interest
**Requirements**
+ University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
+ Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with good knowledge of SME business
+ Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations and fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
+ Strong self-motivation with outgoing personality and ability to work independently
+ Ability to communicate effectively and create connection with others
+ High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
+ Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
+ Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage

**Commercial Banking**

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Customer Proposition Manager
**Principal responsibilities**
+ Lead and assist customer propositions tailored for various customer segments
+ Design and implement customer journeys for effective engagement and enhanced experience with Omi-channel and various touchpoints
+ Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive the launch of new initiatives for strategic intent, account acquisition, business opportunities, customer experience and operation efficiency
+ Initiate and engage sales, service, digital, data analytics and marketing initiatives to enhance customer value and awareness to the new strategic launch/ campaigns
+ Conduct analysis of customer portfolio and keep abreast of the market trend to make insightful and data-led recommendations for strategic direction with an aim to optimize performance of the Business Banking.
+ Propose and develop programs that can achieve multiple business objectives to maximize the cost-effectiveness and returns of investments, striving to achieve the rolling operating plans
**Requirements**
+ University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing or other relevant qualifications
+ Proven working experience in the banking industry with focus on commercial banking and good understanding of the customer segment, omni-channel and digital banking, as well as the related banking systems
+ Great sense of ownership with customer centricity mindset
+ Strong skills in strategic, analytical thinking and problem solving
+ Demonstrate sufficient awareness and regard of operational risk, financial crime risk, internal control and compliance policies of the Bank and HSBC Group
+ Good application of MS Office, with sound knowledge in MS Excel
+ Proficiency in both English and Chinese
